My name is Ruby Wendell and I have big dreams.
I just finished the upcoming feature film; The Mother of Invention.
The Mother of Invention is a mockumentary about a young inventor named Vincent, who invents gadgets that don't work very well. I play Jenny Balsam. The waitress that Vincent is in love with. It's dark and very funny. Some of the other actors include; Kevin Corrigan (Pineapple Express), Jimmi Simpson ("Lyle the Intern" on Letterman) and Chris Hardwick (Hard 'n Phirm). I am currently working on a new side project to my stand-up. It is my double act; The Nguyen Twins. I am working with another female comic on this (Shelby Stockton.) We are performing live at The World Famous Hollywood Improv on Wednesday, November 26th at 8pm. 8162 Melrose Ave. LA CA. 90046. I'll just give you a hint about us...
